The Role

Our client, a respected law firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and document support to attorneys and paralegals. This role is critical to ensuring deadlines are met, documents are accurate, and client service standards are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive administrative support to attorneys and legal teams

Edit and proofread legal and administrative documents for accuracy and consistency

Manage CLE credit tracking, calendaring, expense reimbursements, and scheduling

Greet clients, coordinate meetings, and handle professional correspondence

Electronically file documents with courts and maintain organized case files

Support billing processes including time entry, reporting, and client inquiries

Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters

Liaise with court personnel, attorneys, and internal staff

What You Bring

At least 3 years of legal assistant or legal administrative experience in a law firm
