Job description

Details:
Contract/Temporary Assignment with the potential to become to full-time associate.
Location: Onsite five days a week in Newport Beach, CA.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to internal HR and external company-wide partners on Associate transactions including data entry and integrity for multiple life-cycle events. Handle leave of absence administration and interactive processes for accommodations. Perform other general administrative tasks such as record keeping, correspondence and office support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and provide guidance to managers and Associates on a wide variety of requests including data transactions, HR policies and procedures, benefits, and payroll.
  • Handle simple to complex leave of absence matters from end-to-end, including partnering with our leave third-party administrator as assigned; conduct interactive processes for accommodations, as assigned; document leave and accommodation cases.
  • Record management including electronic storage of Associate files; file production for subpoenas and written requests.
  • Facilitate end-to-end Associate life-cycle transactions, including onboarding, data changes, transfers and termination, and all associated data entries and documentation.
  • Process payroll data related to referral bonuses, special payments, severance payments, and disability benefits.
  • Recommend process improvements for all HR Operations functions, SOPs and recurring tasks; participate in departmental projects and objectives as assigned.
  • General office support duties as assigned.

Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.

Base Pay: $30-33/hr
