Position Description
About the Position :
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Prus standards of quality.
This role serves as the primary link between field operations, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and field crews to drive production and performance
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination, including contracts and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA, company policies, and jobsite expectations
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and issues
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders
  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and constructability
  • Oversee change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Support a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability across all levels of the organization

Position Requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, concrete, utility, or infrastructure construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
