We have an exciting opportunity for a well-qualified Marketing Administrator to be a part of our team. We are seeking a candidate who is looking to make a long-term commitment and play an integral role in our company. Candidate must be a strong self-starter with a proven track record of success.
This position is designed for a marketing professional who can take ownership of key digital initiatives, lead content creation efforts, and ensure all campaigns and assets perform at their highest potential. You’ll work behind the scenes to fine-tune campaigns, create assets, enhance workflows, and leverage tools that are already driving results - elevating them to deliver even greater impact.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create engaging marketing content, including website content, campaign assets, and product-focused materials.
- Refine and manage SEM campaigns to maximize visibility, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize and expand marketing automation tools for improved efficiency and performance.
- Produce and manage digital marketing assets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Apply SEO best practices and utilize AI-driven tools to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies to grow and improve existing initiatives.
- Collaborate with our graphic artist and social media specialists for cohesive execution.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement).
- Proven ability to scale and optimize existing marketing systems.
- Experience creating marketing deliverables (e.g., articles, webpages, campaigns) with the ability to provide examples of past work
- Strong understanding of traditional and AI- Driven SEO and website back-end functionality.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Standard schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 – 5:00pm. Remote work is not available.
