The Opportunity

You will serve as the face of an ethical, family-rooted company that has led the industry since 1976. This role empowers you to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial lead generation to the final handshake upon project completion. How You Will Make an Impact
  • Generate high-quality leads through active door-to-door canvassing and strategic field marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed on-site inspections for residential roofing, siding, and decking projects to ensure accurate project scoping.
  • Present professional estimates and negotiate contracts to secure new business with local homeowners.
  • Coordinate daily with production teams to ensure every installation meets our rigorous standards for quality and safety.
  • Manage the client experience as the primary point of contact from the initial contract signing through project delivery.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all sales activities and customer communications to ensure project transparency.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Possession of a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driverโ€™s license for daily field travel.
  • Demonstrated comfort with door-to-door lead generation and proactive sales techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills necessary for working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and internal production teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Prior customer facing job or sales experience required.
  • Must be go getter, People person.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated track record of being self-motivated and results-driven in a commission-based environment.
