Marsh Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Service Warranty Technician for its Wilmington location. Marsh Kitchen & Bath is an industry leader in kitchen and bath design, operating showrooms in the Wilmington and surrounding areas of North Carolina. As a member of our service team, you will address service issues in the field, delivering excellence in finished results for homeowners and contractors.
Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Assists the Installation and Service teams by providing field services; following instructions regarding punch list needs.
  • Daily job site visits to complete punch list tasks, including but not limited to finish/touch-up, cabinet alignment, hardware repair, cabinet repair, door alignment, cabinet/vanity installation, countertop installation, and other related duties.
  • Follows manufacturer directions and warranty requirements when installing products.
  • Ensures preparedness for the day of service; Tracks time and materials as required for each installation project.
  • Operates all equipment safely and responsibly; keeps the company-owned service vehicle clean, inside and out.
  • Follows all company policies and procedures.
  • Participates in training opportunities to learn new building materials and installation methods as required by location management.
  • Cross-trains in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
To ensure success as a Service Warranty Technician, you should have:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as cabinetry punch list technician; experience in construction/builder environment a plus.
  • Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to maintain a courteous demeanor with customers at all times.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and saws.
  • Ability to install cabinets hardware and moldings.
  • Ability to learn and follow processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
