We're looking for a motivated professional with 1-3 years of permanent lighting installation experience who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to help build one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing decorative and architectural lighting companies.
If you've installed Forever Lighting, HBL Lighting, Gemstone, JellyFish, Oelo, Trimlight, or similar permanent lighting systems, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do

  • Install premium permanent LED lighting systems on residential and commercial properties
  • Measure, plan, and complete clean, professional installations
  • Install aluminum tracks, LED modules, power supplies, controllers, and low-voltage wiring
  • Configure Wi-Fi enabled lighting systems and mobile apps
  • Troubleshoot lighting systems and perform service calls
  • Work safely on ladders, steep roofs, and elevated work areas
  • Represent our company professionally while providing outstanding customer service
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Assist with holiday lighting installations during the seasonal rush
  • Help train newer installers as you grow within the company
Qualifications

Required

  • 1-3 years of permanent lighting installation experience
  • Experience installing Forever Lighting, HBL Lighting, or comparable systems
  • Comfortable working on ladders up to 40 feet
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
  • Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation to our Pickerington area office
Preferred

  • Electrical or low-voltage wiring experience
  • Construction, roofing, siding, or exterior remodeling experience
  • Experience using extension ladders, roof safety equipment, and fall protection
  • Smartphone and Wi-Fi networking experience
  • Leadership or crew lead experience
