Experienced Permanent Lighting Installer

$30–$35/hour | Part-Time | Inland Empire

Light Up Riverside is hiring 2 experienced Permanent Lighting Installers to join our growing installation team.

We specialize in installing Govee permanent outdoor lighting systems on residential homes throughout the Inland Empire. We are looking for skilled, dependable installers who are comfortable working on roofs and ladders and take pride in doing clean, professional work.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours as our workload increases. Our busiest season is during the fall and Christmas season.

Pay

$30–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level.

What You'll Do

  • Install Govee permanent outdoor LED lighting systems on residential homes
  • Work safely on ladders, roofs, and elevated areas
  • Install lighting tracks and secure lighting to different roofline surfaces
  • Route and conceal wiring for a clean, professional appearance
  • Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
  • Make electrical/low-voltage connections and troubleshoot installations
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property during installations
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Follow company installation and safety standards

Permanent lighting experience is NOT required if you have strong experience in a related trade. We will train the right candidate on our specific Govee systems and installation process.

The Type of Person We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn't cut corners.

A good installer for us understands that a permanent lighting installation is highly visible from the ground and needs to look clean from every angle. Wiring should be concealed whenever possible, tracks should be straight and properly secured, and the finished installation should look like it belongs on the home.

You should be comfortable working independently, solving problems in the field, and representing our company professionally at customers' homes.

Quality and safety are more important to us than simply finishing a job quickly.

Schedule

Part-time, with the potential for additional hours based on workload.

Our schedule becomes significantly busier during the fall and Christmas season, creating opportunities for additional hours for reliable installers.
