Job Summary
The Department of Psychological Science at the University of North Georgia is accepting applications for a Full-Time Lecturer position (with benefits) for Spring 2027. The Lecturer will teach five undergraduate psychology courses per semester, as assigned by departmental leadership. Courses to be taught may include Introduction to Psychology, Psychology of Adjustment, Psychopathology, Personality and Individual Differences, Cognitive-Behavioral Treatments, Counseling and Clinical Theories and Intervention, and upper-level courses in the candidate's area of expertise. This is a face-to-face position, requiring applicants to teach in person on the Gainesville Campus.

- Teaching a 5/5 load face-to-face (undergraduate), including a combination of Introduction to Psychology, Psychology of Adjustment, Psychopathology, Personality and Individual Differences, Cognitive-Behavioral Treatments, Counseling and Clinical Theories and Intervention, and upper-level courses in their area of expertise.
- Hold office hours and attend department meetings.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree (PhD preferred) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or equivalent degree.
- Experience teaching Psychology courses at the college or university level.
