Job description

NOW HIRING: Bartenders (Front-of-House Team Members)

If you love creating fun, memorable experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, Buffalo Wild Wings is the place for you. As a Bartender, you're at the center of the action-serving up great drinks, great food, and great vibes every shift.
What You'll Do
As a Bartender, you'll create a lively, welcoming atmosphere while delivering top-notch service behind the bar.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Take food and drink orders from Guests at the bar
  • Engage with Guests and create a fun, social experience
  • Recommend drinks, menu items, and promotions
  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
  • Check identification to ensure Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages and comply with RAS procedures as defined by federal and state laws
  • Replace kegs and restock bottles of alcohol when necessary
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory and cost control measures including tracking waste per company drink specs and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Collect and accurately process guest payments per Company Standard Procedures
  • Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customer excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions
  • Take food and beverage orders from serving staff or directly from Guests

Education/Experience
Required
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Certification to serve alcohol as dictated by the State and BWW policy
Preferred
• Prior bartending experience
• Minimum of two years of related experience or Buffalo Wild Wings experience
Physical Requirements
  • Able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Able to lift and carry items (up to 25-40 lbs)
  • Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment
