About the Position: An ideal candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of leave management processes, vendor capabilities, compliance considerations, and a curiosity around leave solutions in the market. Working in tandem with Marketing, Sales and Client Service, this individual will provide support related to leave management services - from RFP through ongoing service support with vendor partners. Effective communication, collaboration, and organization are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operates as subject matter expert for leave management processes and services.

  • Provides active engagement in broker and client facing conversations.

  • Supports implementation processes for leave solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Partners with vendor and carrier teams to navigate complex claim escalations and resolve ongoing administration challenges.

  • Builds relationships with internal colleagues as well as broker, vendor, TPA, & carrier partners.

  • Monitors federal and state leave legislation and industry processes for perspective on evolving administration and regulatory requirements.

  • Supports scalability and integration across cross-functional teams and ensures alignment to overall business goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs.)

  • Supports organizational strategy and manages execution of continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or related industry experience

  • 5+ years in leave management related role within carrier, TPA or similar organization

  • Deep understanding of leave management processes, compliance, vendors/TPAs, integrated carrier offerings, and state-mandated disability and PFL compliance

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with organizational change and balancing competing priorities

  • Resilient and adaptable, maintaining a positive attitude and serving as a trusted resource

  • Effective communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn

Work Location: This is a 100% remote position working in your local time zone. Access to a local office may be available upon request.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
