Their role is crucial in maximizing property revenue and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of rental properties.

What is a leasing manager?

As a leasing manager, your responsibilities include on-site or remote property management, coordinating a team of leasing agents, filling vacant properties with qualified tenants, and overseeing administrative duties in a real estate or leasing office. Your duties can include supervising an in-house team of agents, developing strategies for promotion of real estate, and screening tenant applications. To thrive as a Leasing Manager, you need strong knowledge of property management, sales strategies, and leasing procedures, often backed by a background in real estate or business administration.
