Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive occupancy up by owning leasing life cycle from unknown applicant to resident move in
    • Review applications including background and credit checks
    • Pursue actual and potential candidates, coordinate showings
    • Prepare leases, receive signed leases, collect move in items, and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Drive up and own occupancy of rentable items


Secondary Responsibilities

  • Offer insight on rental pricing and market trends
  • Market available units through online platforms, social media, and local outreach
  • Own leasing communication via phone, in-person, and email
