We are searching for a full-time leasing consultant for our smoke free, luxury apartment community in Property City. As a member of our team, you will enjoy working with smart personable people, just like you!

Our leasing consultants are service oriented and strive to make reliable impressions on our current residents. They accurately communicate resident’s needs to the maintenance staff ensuing efficient and proper solutions.

This is a growth opportunity offering new competency in property management positioning you to join our management team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Show apartments to prospective tenants & process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
  • Maintain a strong closing ratio
  • Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our property and its units in a favorable light while offering the best possible customer service
  • Set and achieve sales/leasing goals each quarter
  • Ensure that all community areas including the club house and leasing office are in perfect condition
  • Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquires
  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Other duties as assigned

Other Considerations:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years’ experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired
  • College Degree strongly preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and closing skills
  • Strong understanding of property management and concepts and issues
  • Hotel or restaurant admin experience
