What is the difference between Lease Manager vs Property Manager?
| Aspect | Lease Manager | Property Manager |

| Credentials | Real estate or property management certifications often preferred | Real estate licenses or property management certifications common |
| Work Environment | Office-based, with site visits for lease inspections | Office and on-site property visits |
| Industry Usage | Used mainly in commercial and residential leasing firms | Used across residential, commercial, and industrial property management |
