Our one-on-one trainers put students through a rigorous (but fun) set of training exercises to target an individuals core thinking and learning skills.
Job Summary
The Assistant Director is a vital link in the process of serving the students and families we work with. his person is the first face our clients see when entering our center. They work to make the clients experience with us smooth and efficient. While client and family interaction is a large portion of their responsibility, they also serve as a liaison between staff members helping to create an atmosphere of cooperation, teamwork, and positivity.
Assistant Director Responsibilities
  • Set a warm, friendly tone for the center
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Provide support to the center director
  • Support of sales and driving sales
  • Management and conversion of leads/prospects
  • Schedule and manage client appointments
  • Management of client files
  • Order and manage supplies
  • Support and coordination of marketing events
