Own and elevate Gallup's global learning ecosystem.
As the global LMS administrator at Gallup, you'll serve as the technical and strategic steward of our global learning management system. You will manage and optimize our customer-facing and internal LMS environments, ensuring they are stable, scalable, integrated and future-ready, while building digital learning experiences that bring Gallup's research and intellectual property to life.
What You'll Do
  • Own and administer Gallup's global LMS platform ecosystem, including U.S., international and internal environments
  • Manage LMS configuration, permissions, content structures, integrations, reporting and platform functionality across customer-facing and internal use cases
  • Partner with Gallup technology teams to maintain and improve integrations with Oracle and other enterprise systems
  • Own the LMS road map, governance standards and continuous improvement backlog in partnership with learning, technology and business stakeholders
  • Improve learner navigation, search, content organization and user flows to create simple, scalable and engaging digital learning experiences
  • Collaborate with learning experts to design, configure and deploy digital learning experiences that bring Gallup's research and intellectual property to life
  • Write and maintain custom HTML and CSS to support platform customization, accessibility and user experience
  • Troubleshoot technical, operational and customer issues; identify root causes; and implement sustainable solutions
  • Monitor LMS usage, learner behavior, reporting accuracy and support trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain clear documentation, compliance records, QA processes and reporting standards across global environments
  • Use AI and automation tools to accelerate workflows, improve personalization, optimize platform operations and support Gallup's evolving digital learning strategy

What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's degree in instructional technology or a related field preferred
  • At least five years of experience administering enterprise-level LMS or LXP platforms such as Thought Industries, Workday Learning, Degreed, Coursera, Cornerstone, Docebo or similar required
  • Experience developing digital learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar required
  • Experience with HTML and CSS required
  • Experience integrating LMS platforms with enterprise systems such as Oracle required
  • Experience with SSO, SCORM, xAPI, LTI, APIs, data feeds or LMS/LXP integrations strongly preferred
  • Experience with learner data, platform analytics, completion tracking and compliance reporting required
  • Experience working in large-scale environments serving global or high-volume user populations required
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams or developers required
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance digital learning design, platform optimization or workflow automation required
  • Experience with accessibility standards and digital learning QA preferred
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C., office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
