Job Description:

Chewy is seeking a Regional Learning Manager to lead learning strategies, workforce capability development, and training execution across multiple Fulfillment Centers. As a senior leader within the Fulfillment Center Learning organization, you will oversee regional Learning teams and partner closely with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and centralized Learning teams to drive associate development, improve business performance, and support scalable growth.


This highly visible role is responsible for building and scaling a world-class regional learning organization that serves as a performance amplifier for operational excellence. Through effective onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and learning programs, you will strengthen workforce capability, improve operational performance, and foster a culture of learning across the region.


The Regional Learning Manager is responsible for defining and executing regional learning and capability-building strategies across multiple fulfillment centers. This role develops high-performing Learning teams, drives workforce readiness, and partners with senior business leaders to implement scalable solutions that improve performance, support business growth, and advance network objectives.


What You’ll Do
•    Lead regional learning strategy across multiple Fulfillment Centers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
•    Build, develop, and coach a high-performing team of Learning Managers and professionals while scaling organizational capability and leadership pipelines.
•    Partner with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and centralized Learning teams to drive workforce readiness, talent development, and performance improvement initiatives.
•    Establish and maintain regional standards for onboarding, technical training, leadership development, compliance, and learning governance.
•    Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness through data analysis, performance insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
•    Lead regional and network-wide initiatives, including large-scale program deployments, system implementations, and strategic learning projects.
•    Oversee regional learning resources, workforce planning, and execution strategies to ensure sustainable support for business growth and changing operational needs.
•    Measure, analyze, and communicate the impact of learning initiatives, using insights to influence decision-making and drive results.


What You’ll Need
•    5+ years of experience leading Learning & Development, Operations Training, or Talent Development programs in multi-site operational environments.
•    3+ years of experience leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.
•    Demonstrated success developing learning strategies that improve workforce capability, engagement, and operational performance.
•    Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•    Experience leading large-scale learning programs, organizational change efforts, or workforce development initiatives.
•    Strong knowledge of learning technologies, LMS platforms, training governance, and blended learning strategies.
•    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership skills.
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
•    Ability to travel up to 40% across Fulfillment Center locations.
