Job Description LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior HR Advisor, Organizational Development and HR Analytics for a permanent, full-time position with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location The successful candidate will be required to work 1 day per week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, with the potential to increase to 2 days per week in the future. Key Tasks Operationalize the organization's OD strategy, focusing on team effectiveness, leadership development, change enablement, and employee experience Manage the learning and development function, including designing, delivering, and evaluating initiatives aligned with organizational priorities Manage succession planning using the organization's established framework, including developing succession plans and supporting leaders and staff in their execution Lead and support culture initiatives that promote inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA), employee recognition, and wellbeing Lead change management activities related to OD and culture initiatives in collaboration with Communications and internal partners Continuously improve OD tools, frameworks, and processes by analyzing feedback and identifying opportunities for refinement Advance HR analytics and business intelligence capabilities by designing and implementing tools that monitor workforce trends and employee engagement Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to executive audiences Support strategic workforce planning through scenario modeling, forecasting, and data-driven recommendations Translate complex HR data into clear, compelling narratives that support leadership understanding and organizational action Key Qualifications Fully bilingual in English and French (SISS/CBC equivalent or better) 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on organizational design, development, and senior HR advisory Demonstrated experience leading organizational development initiatives including succession planning, learning and development, and change management Qualifications Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field, and/or comparable professional experience Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation considered an asset Proficiency in HR analytics and business intelligence, including workforce data analysis, dashboard development, and executive reporting Experience with Dayforce or other HRIS platforms considered an asset Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and comfort challenging existing processes and recommending improvements Knowledge of external trends and benchmarks in OD and HR analytics Reliability-level security clearance required (or eligibility to obtain) Compensation $90,100 - $112,500 This is an existing position vacancy.
