Job description

Job Title: Program Coordinator - Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-driven Program Coordinator - Non-IT to support learning-focused program operations in a fast-paced, on-site environment. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate projects, manage shifting priorities, and help deliver outcomes that keep programs moving smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate program activities, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining a strong focus on organization and follow-through.
  • Support project management efforts by prioritizing tasks, adapting quickly to changing needs, and driving appropriate actions.
  • Collaborate with managers, program stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external clients to support successful execution.
  • Use whiteboarding, database, creative, and office tools to assist with planning, tracking, analysis, and presentation needs.

Required:

  • 3-4 years of experience in program management or operations and logistics in a learning environment.
  • Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience, and training.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver outcomes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier), Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
  • Experience with Adobe LMS, Articulate Rise360, and Workday is a plus.
