Associate Learning Experience Designer (part-time)

BrainStorm, Inc.

American Fork, UT • On-site

Part-time

Job description

Company

BrainStorm is a B2B SaaS company that drives digital adoption and organizational change for outstanding companies around the world, including PepsiCo, Agilent Technologies, Mattel, IDEXX, Johnsonville, VF Corp, and more.

BrainStorm thrives on a dynamic and fun-loving atmosphere, paired with a steadfast commitment to excellence. Our high-performing team is composed of self-starters who play a pivotal role in driving our success. Once we walk through the door, it's definitely 'Go Time'.

Opportunity

Join BrainStorm's award-winning Learning Experience (LX) team in a part-time role where you will use AI and the latest digital tools to create learning experiences for millions of users at thousands of leading companies.

As part of a dynamic, agile team, you will collaborate across Learning Experience and the broader business, building the context and judgment to turn complex technology into clear, compelling learning experiences.

This is more than a content-production role. You will use AI, modern tools, and evolving production processes alongside data, strategy, research, and experimentation-drawing on the science and craft of behavior change and adult learning-to decide what to build, how to build it, and how to make new technology stick. You will help create and maintain videos, experience guides, prompt guides, use-case resources, and email-based learning across topics such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and security awareness.

What you would do
  • Work AI-first, directing AI agents and modern digital tools to research, draft, design, analyze, and accelerate the work-while applying your own judgment, creativity, and quality standards to the results.
  • Guide learning content from concept through launch, sometimes creating key pieces yourself and often orchestrating AI tools, designers, and producers to shape the approach and bring the experience to life.
  • Evaluate existing content for accuracy, relevance, quality, and intended behavior impact, then use feedback and experimentation to strengthen what works.
  • Collaborate across Learning Experience and the broader business, contributing ideas, sharing context, applying BrainStorm's voice and standards, and keeping work moving through clear, proactive communication.
What we're looking for
  • Ownership and responsibility: You follow through on commitments, communicate proactively, and can be trusted to manage your work effectively.
  • Hunger to learn: You seek feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and build the context needed to grow quickly.
  • AI-native mindset: You are comfortable directing AI agents and modern tools to learn, solve problems, and increase your effectiveness.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: You balance competing priorities, learn new tools quickly, and adjust as needs evolve.
  • Attention to detail: You take pride in producing accurate, polished work that reflects BrainStorm's standards.
  • Collaboration: You contribute to discussions, work well across teams, and communicate professionally.
  • A dependable part-time commitment: You can consistently contribute 20-29 focused hours each week.
Additional Details
  • Hours: This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 20-29 hours per week.
  • Location: For Utah-based employees, this role will work out of BrainStorm's American Fork, Utah, office.

BrainStorm Inc is not open to third party solicitation or resumes for our posted FTE positions. Resumes received from third party agencies that are unsolicited will be considered complimentary.

These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
