What does a learning development training coordinator do?

A Learning Development Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, implementing, and evaluating training programs within an organization. They work closely with management and staff to identify training needs, schedule sessions, and ensure that learning objectives are met. Their duties often include developing training materials, coordinating trainers, tracking employee progress, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives. This role helps ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively and support the organization's goals.

How does a learning development training coordinator typically collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create effective training programs?
