The Project Manager will oversee multiple high-end residential projects, valued between $30k and $3M+, across Cape Cod and surrounding areas. Client Details Our client, a renowned building firm headquartered in Eastham, MA, has been a leader in high-end residential construction across Cape Cod and the islands since 1971. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to promoting from within, they offer unparalleled career growth opportunities, including paths to senior leadership roles. Description Project Oversight: Manage multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Team Leadership: Supervise and support teams of 3-6 employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Coordination: Work closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to align project goals and maintain quality standards. Profile Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Project Manager role, ideally in high-end residential construction. Project Background: Demonstrated experience managing high-end residential projects; familiarity with renovations, additions, and light commercial projects is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office for project documentation and tracking. Location: Must be based in Barnstable County, MA.
