As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Site Work Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: As a Project Manager at RYCO, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of site development projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the company's leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with our quality standards. The role involves a mix of on-site presence and office-based coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate site work projects, including grading, excavation, utilities installation, paving, and landscaping.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Prepare project budgets, estimates, and timelines, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services in coordination with the procurement team.
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, and safety standards.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues or changes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:
