Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement is responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve sales team effectiveness. This position will work cross-functionally with all departments of the organization to lead, manage and oversee the delivery of standardized, consistent and cohesive tools, content, collateral, processes, and playbooks. In addition, this role will collaborate with necessary teams and functions and analyze performance metrics to ensure consistent adoption and measurable revenue growth. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values.


Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Learning and Development or relevant field of study, required.
  • Masters in Business Administration, Learning and Development or related field of study preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales enablement or related sales role in medium or larger size organization.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading large sized projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.
