Hoffman Mechanical Solutions is seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to lead, oversee, and manage all technical and professional development initiatives across the organization. This strategic leadership role will support workforce planning, apprenticeship development, technical training, leadership development, onboarding, sales enablement, and administrative learning initiatives. The role will partner closely with Operations, HR, Safety, and Executive Leadership to build scalable workforce development strategies that support growth, retention, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will directly influence workforce readiness, employee retention, operational performance, succession planning, and long-term organizational growth. The Training & Development Manager will help shape the future workforce of Hoffman Mechanical Solutions while supporting strategic growth initiatives across multiple markets.
