As a Global Learning Programs Specialist, you'll help bring these experiences to life - supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of global learning programs that reach thousands of employees across Publicis Groupe.
You'll work alongside the Director, Global Learning Architecture & Programs and collaborate across functions - from content and platform teams to HR and agency partners - to ensure every learning experience runs seamlessly.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that blends project management, creative coordination, and global collaboration. It's ideal for someone who loves organizing big ideas into real results and wants to grow in a creative, future-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Delivery
• Support planning and logistics for global learning programs - scheduling, invitations, pre-reads, live session management, and follow-up.
• Coordinate across teams, time zones, and vendors to ensure flawless program delivery.
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep projects on course.
• Manage participant communications, surveys, and program materials.
Design & Development Support
• Assist in creating presentation decks, learning materials, and digital content for global programs.
• Help adapt learning content for different regions, audiences, and modalities.
• Partner with the Learning Platforms and Comms teams to ensure all materials align with global standards and branding.
Data & Insights
• Support collection and analysis of participant feedback, attendance, and engagement metrics.
• Help turn insights into recommendations for continuous improvement.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Research new learning tools, platforms, and facilitation methods.
• Support pilots and experimentation - helping to test and launch new learning formats and technologies.
• Bring curiosity and creative thinking to how learning can be more engaging and accessible.
Collaboration & Teamwork
• Work closely with the Director, Global Learning Architecture & Programs and cross-functional teams in Content, Platforms, and Comms.
• Partner with global and regional HR and L&D colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and local alignment.
• Help maintain a central source of truth for learning calendars, templates, and best practices.
Qualifications
• 3-4 years of experience in learning & development, project coordination, or program management - ideally in a global, creative, or fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides; experience with LMS tools (SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, or similar) a plus.
• Comfort working across time zones, cultures, and functions in a matrixed organization.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI tools that can enhance learning and workflow.
• A genuine passion for helping people learn, grow, and do their best work.
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
