About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key supporting role in delivering creative and data-driven marketing initiatives that drive global awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting to the Digital Brand team, you'll help execute a wide range of client and internal projects; from digital campaigns to web optimizations designed to strengthen both Konrad brands and Konrad client engagements.

This role sits at the intersection of digital brand execution, brand storytelling, and performance tracking and optimization. You'll work across teams to assist in the planning and execution of campaigns, contribute to marketing strategy development, and help bring innovative digital experiences to life.

To succeed, you'll bring a foundational understanding of marketing channels, a desire to learn campaign management tools, and a passion for creative problem-solving. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and translating ideas into organized marketing tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with client-facing projects, including digital campaigns, copywriting, and content strategy.
  • Support the Konrad teams on a variety of internal and external initiatives.
  • Coordinate digital strategy across touchpoints to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice.
  • Support the facilitation of design thinking workshops with cross-functional teams.
  • Execute and monitor digital campaigns under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Draft and publish content for public-facing websites.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content.
  • Gather data for marketing performance reports and track basic KPIs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand alignment across channels.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience (including internships) in digital marketing or similar fields.
  • Foundational grasp of digital marketing channels (paid, organic, email, social).
  • Strong interest in digital brand strategy and creative problem-solving.
  • Highly organized with a high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
