What You'll Do:
The Corporate Development Associate will support our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Investor Relations (IR) efforts as we continue to scale as a public company. This role will be instrumental in executing equity-related capital markets activity, supporting investor engagement, and partnering closely with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience from an investment banking background, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to help build and scale best-in-class capital markets and investor relations processes.
In this role you will:
  • Support CoreWeave's equity capital markets activities, including public equity offerings, convertibles, and PIPE transactions
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors (banks, legal counsel, auditors) throughout equity capital raises
  • Support ongoing engagement with sell-side and buy-side analysts, including preparation of key messaging, materials, coordination of meetings, regular direct dialogue, and follow-ups
  • Own and manage the corporate access calendar, including investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, and non-deal roadshows
  • Play a key role in the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings materials, scripts, Q&A, and coordination across teams
  • Assist in the development and refinement of investor-facing materials, including earnings decks, investor presentations, and disclosures
  • Help ensure consistency and accuracy of external financial messaging in partnership with Finance, Legal, and Communications
  • Track market activity, peer performance, and investor sentiment to help inform leadership and strategy
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years of experience in Capital Markets at an investment bank (ECM, leveraged finance, or closely related role)
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, public company processes, and investor dynamics
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort interfacing with senior leaders and external stakeholders
  • High degree of ownership, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  • Experience working with public companies, or supporting IPO-ready organizations, is a plus

The base salary range for this role is $99,000 to $145,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
