School Counselor or Social Worker
Part-time or Full-time | Philadelphia, PA

Pay: $34-37/hr
Catapult Learning is seeking a PA Certified School Counselors or PA Licensed Social Workers to work as the Family Connection Liaisons at Philadelphia non-public schools for the 2026-27 school year.
Responsibilities
How you'll be there for students:
Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.
As a school counselor with Catapult Learning, you will:
  • Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.
  • Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.
  • Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.
  • Provide parent involvement workshops.
  • Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • Active PA School Counseling Certification, Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Social Worker required by contract
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

  • Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication.
