This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible scheduling to maintain a healthy work-life balance. While interaction with clients will occur virtually, our Community Health Clinic operates as an outpatient counseling center where collaborative practices thrive. You will interact with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements for documentation.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of care, participating actively in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
• Stay abreast of current research developments in mental health and engage in continued professional development through workshops and training sessions.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software is advantageous.
