Available Schedule OptionsWe are hiring specifically for an afternoon schedule of
12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. You
must be able to work with all ages, ranging from
6 weeks old to 5 years of age.

Required Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to safely support young children
- Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine love for working with children
Preferred:- Prior experience in a licensed child care center
- Experience supporting infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
Primary ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Teacher, you'll partner with a Lead Teacher to create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Assisting with daily routines, activities, and curriculum implementation
- Supporting each child's social and emotional development
- Demonstrating warmth, kindness, and professionalism at all times
- Building positive relationships with families
- Being dependable, flexible, and a great team player
