We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join us as a key member of our Sales team. You will be an essential part of the business model focused on supporting our Account Executives, prospecting for new customers, and nurturing current customers.

What youโ€™ll be doing
  • Proactively identify and qualify prospective customers leveraging business directories, industry events, and community engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Educate customers on the value proposition and benefits of our solutions
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to promote our services and product offerings
  • Participate in customer calls to understand needs and build relationships
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies in partnership with Account Executives to increase funnel conversion rates and generate high-quality leads
  • Drive sales growth and account management within assigned territory
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on all things ServiceRocketโ€“products and services
  • Reporting on activity through company-required platforms. At times, present updates to the Leadership team and company

  • Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of customer facing experience, specifically in sales support or sales operations
