What You'll Do
As a Learning & Development Partner, you'll contribute to the design and delivery of engaging, high-impact learning experiences-especially those focused on core professional skills. You'll support program logistics, facilitate sessions, customize content to learners, collect data, and serve as a learning liaison to specific teams or functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units to understand needs and support learning customizations; assist with the delivery of learning programs, workshops, and cohort sessions, both virtual and in-person.
  • Contribute to instructional design and content development (e.g., slides, guides, toolkits)
  • Assist with delivery of learning programs, workshops, and cohorts (virtual and in-person).
  • Facilitate live workshops and trainings (in-person or virtual) for smaller teams and groups
  • Support customization and adaptation of learning materials based on learner feedback and business needs.
  • Collect and synthesize participant feedback to inform continuous improvements.
  • Support communication and logistics in partnership with L&D Ops and business partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure learner engagement and success.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proactively identifying operational and content gaps.
  • Build effective working relationships across teams to support program success.

Salary Range
$66,300.00 - $85,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role.
