Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to conduct in-depth consultations and understand specific organizational needs.
  • Identify training gaps and create customized learning solutions that align with essential talent development and business strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of delivery methods and modalities to deploy training programs, including ILT, VILT, e-learning, blended learning, on-the-job training, user guides, quick reference guides, and social learning.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet their objectives and contribute to employee performance and organizational success.
  • Incorporate methods for assessing and evaluating effectiveness, such as pre- and post-training assessments, quizzes, surveys, and feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and incorporating relevant insights to enhance and innovate learning offerings.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
  • Basic working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Certification in Instructional Design or e-learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
  • Experience with audio and/or video production.
  • Experience with LMS (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.)
  • Experience creating technical, compliance, or process training in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $64,900.00 - $85,296.00. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
