Life's too short to not work someplace awesome! If you love kids, enjoy moving, and being active in your job while having a ton of fun, you may be the person we are looking for!
The Little Gym of Scottsdale is hiring bubbly, high-energy instructors who thrive in a room full of kids and bring enough enthusiasm to light up the gym. This is one of those rare jobs that doesn't feel like a job - because every day you'll be singing songs, sparking imaginations, teaching gymnastics and tumbling fundamentals, and helping children build confidence that lasts far beyond the gym.
With more than 300 locations worldwide, The Little Gym is the premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months to 12 years. For 50 years, The Little Gym has helped millions of kids experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and grow their confidence through gymnastics-based programs (Parent/Child, Pre-K, and Grade School classes) in a clean, fun, safe, and nurturing environment.
If you're looking for meaningful work, a high-energy team, and the chance to make a real impact in kids' lives, what are you waiting for? We'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
  • Teach engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years using The Little Gym's proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you!)
  • Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence and skills
  • Deliver an outstanding experience for children and parents - we treat our members like family
  • Lead classes, birthday parties, and other gym activities with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Help children learn through movement, play, and purposeful instruction

What We're Looking For
  • A genuine love of working with children - this is non-negotiable
  • A bubbly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills with both kids and adults
  • High energy, hustle, and the ability to lead a room
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  • Experience with children is a big plus (teaching, coaching, camps, daycare, nannying, child development, OT, etc.)
  • Gymnastics, dance, cheer, fitness, athletics, martial arts, or related experience is helpful, but not required
  • Availability for a consistent weekly schedule
  • Ability to pass a background check

Schedule: We are hiring for full-time and part-time roles. Our schedule typically includes:
  • Morning shifts: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
  • Evening shifts: 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
  • Weekend classes and birthday parties as needed

Flexibility and reliability are important.
What You Get
  • A job that's active, rewarding, and genuinely fun
  • The chance to make a lasting impact on children and families
  • Ongoing training in a proven curriculum and teaching method (backed by American Academy of Pediatrics)
  • Resume-building experience in child development, teaching, coaching, and leadership
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Opportunities for growth within the business
  • Incentive-based Sales perks (as we reach membership growth goals!)

If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your resume and contact information for immediate consideration.
