Associate Director, Learning and Development

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.

  • Provide subject matter and design expertise for high-level program design
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and relationships with stakeholders
  • Support L&D lead with bespoke projects and drive the KDN L&D’s overall learning strategy
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials (eLearning, instructor-led, blended solutions)
  • Lead and design a curriculum refresh
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years recent experience designing and delivering high-quality learning courses and programs within matrixed environments
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field
  • Extensive experience in instructional design, people management, and program management
  • Proven ability to design and develop effective learning programs and a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
  • Experience with various instructional design tools and technologies (authoring tools, LMS, multimedia software)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail, a logical approach, ability to meet deadlines, strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
