As a member of the HR Learning and Development team, this role partners in the design and delivery of professional and leadership development strategies that build capability across a global workforce. Blending performance consulting, program management, and facilitation expertise, the position creates impactful learning experiences that support leader growth and organizational effectiveness.
Staff members at MathWorks follow a hybrid schedule, spending three days a week in the Natick headquarters and two days working from home.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and be a performance consultant to business leaders to understand and analyze the needs of the business; design targeted high-impact, learning solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Partner on the design and delivery of leadership and manager development programs including the planning and oversight of the program.

  • Develop innovative approaches and customized solutions across modalities (in-person, virtual, hybrid, on-demand) to reinforce learning and support worldwide staff development.

  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and drive enhancements based on feedback and business needs.

  • Partner with functional L&D teams across MathWorks to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with organizational goals and to share best practices in training and delivery

  • Leverage emerging tools and AI-driven approaches to enhance learning design, delivery, personalization, and scalability.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 10 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years' experience in Learning & Development, with expertise in leadership development.

  • Experience working with global audiences and delivering programs across regions.

  • Experience in design and facilitating virtual and in-person workshops globally in the areas of leadership, management, communication skills, team and staff development, and other business skills.

  • Development of self-serve resources, to support onboarding, professional and development needs.

  • Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies in Learning & Development.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment.
