Job Summary
Professional Security Alliance, Inc. (dba PSA, The PSA Network, and Edge), located in Westminster, Colorado, is the world’s largest systems integrator consortium. The Events & Learning Operations Coordinator serves as a central operational resource supporting PSA's Events and Learning & Development teams. This role is responsible for coordinating speaker and educational content logistics, sponsorship and exhibitor fulfillment, trade show operations, event project management, learning administration, contract tracking, and financial oversight activities.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring PSA's conferences, peer groups, educational programs, training initiatives, and trade show presence are executed with excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service to members, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Salary range $50,000 - $60,000 annually plus 5% bonus. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Speaker & Educational Content Management
  • Coordinate speaker logistics for PSA and Edge events, conferences, summits, peer groups, and educational programs.
  • Manage collection of speaker biographies, headshots, presentation materials, registration information, and special requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate speaker preparation calls and planning meetings.
  • Support development, launch, and administration of conference Call for Papers processes.
  • Coordinate educational session scheduling and room assignments within CVENT.
Learning & Development Administration
  • Provide administrative support for PSA's Learning & Development initiatives and educational programs.
  • Support ongoing administration of PSA University.
  • Manage course enrollments, learner records, attendance tracking, and reporting.
  • Assist with content administration and maintenance for BuyPSA.com training offerings.
  • Coordinate educational registrations, confirmations, reminders, and learner communications.
  • Process, track, and maintain records for Training Bucks requests and approvals.
  • Monitor Training Bucks utilization and prepare associated reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person training programs.
  • Assist in preparing evaluations, surveys, assessments, and participant materials.
  • Provide customer support related to educational programs, registrations, LMS access, and training resources.
Trade Show & Association Event Coordination
  • Coordinate PSA participation at industry trade shows and conferences including ISC West, ISC East, NSCA, and other strategic industry events.
  • Manage booth logistics including furnishings, shipping, promotional materials, utilities, and event services.
  • Coordinate hotel accommodations, meeting space reservations, and staff logistics.
  • Track event deadlines and vendor deliverables.
  • Support the planning and execution of hosted receptions and partner events associated with trade shows.
Event Operations & Logistics Support
Support logistics and operations for events of all sizes. Responsibilities include:
  • Event registration support.
  • Attendee tracking and reporting.
  • Travel manifests and transportation coordination.
  • Flight and arrival/departure tracking.
  • Hotel rooming list management.
  • Supply ordering and inventory management.
  • Shipping and material coordination.
  • On-site event support and execution.
  • Event communications and attendee correspondence.
  • Coordination of signage, materials, and event supplies.
In-House Event Ownership
  • Serve as primary coordinator for PSA's in-house events and training room activities.
  • Manage planning, logistics, registration, attendee communications, facility setup, catering coordination, and event execution.
  • Coordinate roundtables, internal training programs, and other office-hosted educational events.
  • Ensure consistently positive attendee experiences and professional event execution.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, learning administration, project coordination, association management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, educational programs, or member-based organizations preferred.
  • Experience with event technology platforms such as CVENT preferred.
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software preferred.
  • Experience working with learning management systems preferred.
