You will also collaborate closely with other NAMR L&D sub-teams and local People functions to ensure alignment across staff development touchpoints and deliver cohesive learning experiences. This includes executing best-in-class in-person elements of our Learning Journey curriculum and accelerating organizational learning through campaigns. As the System Learning Senior Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for new employees as they embark on their BCG career. You will play an instrumental role in their successful onboarding and skill development, which is critical to our ability to serve our clients with excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Learning Topic Activation, HR, Office Services, and IT-to deliver integrated onboarding and development experiences.
  • Monitor and synthesize program feedback, using insights to inform continuous improvement efforts and share learnings with broader L&D stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team norms and culture, supporting the onboarding and mentorship of new team members and participating in strategic office-level initiatives.
  • Perform additional special projects to support local office L&D priorities, including ad hoc learning needs and office-driven development efforts.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in event management, recruiting, training or other people functions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven strength in managing complex problems and demonstrating flexibility
