The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of utility services projects. This role oversees resource allocation, leading a team of up to 25 technicians, team development, customer engagement, and achievement of production, quality, and safety objectives. It requires a balance of operations management, field leadership, and client relations to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of utility services projects, from planning through execution and close-out.
  • Drive scheduling, budgeting, and project reporting to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Resource Management

  • Optimize personnel, equipment, and other resources to maximize productivity and meet project goals.
  • Anticipate and resolve resource conflicts in a fast-paced environment.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Lead field crews by setting expectations, providing support, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

Strategic Oversight
