Kentro is hiring for a Learning & Development Coordinator to support our Corporate People Services - Learning and Development Team. Location: Hybrid - McLean, VA Responsibilities LMS Administration (Cornerstone OnDemand) * Manage the day-to-day administration of the LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand ) , including user enrollment, course assignments, and curriculum management * Monitor completion rates, generate reports, and follow up with employees pending training completion * Troubleshoot learner-facing LMS issues and serve as the first point of contact for platform support * Support the rollout of new LMS features and assist with system upgrades or migrations as needed Coordination * Prepare and manage all facilitation logistics , including calendar invitations, pre-work materials, attendance tracking, and post-session surveys * Gather learner feedback and partner with senior L&D staff to continuously improve program quality * Support the development of facilitator guides, job aids, and supporting materials using MS365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel , and Word) * Develop and execute training communications plans , including drafting invitation emails, reminder cadences, manager notifications, and post-training follow-ups in alignment with the comms team's standards and channels Content Development and Publishing * Support capturing learning needs and objectives in partnership with PMOs , HR and other relevant teams * Assist in the identification of appropriate training effectiveness methods * Support content development, which includes support in building slides, creating and building e-learns using e-learn authoring tools (Articulate360 ) * Publish content on the LMS Learning and Development Support * Monitor the Learning and Development ticket portal and independently triage, evaluate, and resolve L&D requests, escalating only complex matters * Maintain up-to-date ticket statuses and ensure requests are acknowledged and resolved within defined SLAs Qualifications Experience & Education * At least one year of related work experience * Bachelor's degree in H uman R esources , Business Administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience .
