About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Learning & Development Operations Manager to support the operational execution of our global learning programs. This people manager role will manage a team of direct reports to deliver a learning infrastructure that enables leadership development, professional growth, and organizational capability across the company.

The Learning & Development Operations Manager ensures learning initiatives are delivered efficiently and consistently by coordinating program logistics, managing learning technologies, supporting in-person learning events, and establishing scalable operational processes. The role also supports internal communications and learning program marketing, ensuring employees are aware of and engaged with development opportunities.

This position works closely with Learning & Development program leaders, HR partners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning experiences across virtual and in-person environments.

We are currently reviewing applicants based out of the Bay Area CA, Austin TX, Arlington VA, and Redmond WA regions.

What You'll Do:

Learning Operations

  • Oversee operational delivery of Learning & Development programs, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Develop and maintain standardized processes and operational workflows that support scalable learning delivery.

  • Coordinate with program managers, facilitators, HR partners, and vendors to ensure seamless program execution.

Program Delivery Management

  • Lead operational planning and delivery for virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs.

  • Provide direction, coordination, leadership for a team of L&D direct reports to ensure program readiness and successful delivery.

In-Person Learning Event Operations

  • Manage logistics for in-person leadership programs, workshops, and learning events.

  • Coordinate vendor relationships, venue contracts, facilitators, and event services.

  • Oversee on-site program logistics, including participant management, schedules, materials, and learning environments.

  • Manage learning materials, branded program resources, and swag inventory to support learning events.

Learning Technology & Analytics

  • Support administration and optimization of the learning management system (LMS) and related learning technologies.

  • Track program participation and learning metrics to support reporting and continuous improvement.

Internal Communications & Learning Marketing

  • Manage internal communications and marketing for Learning & Development programs, including program announcements, enrollment campaigns, and employee awareness initiatives.

  • Maintain and update the Learning & Development CrowdConnect intranet site, ensuring employees can easily access learning resources, program information, and development opportunities.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Support the integration of AI-enabled learning tools and emerging technologies within the learning ecosystem.

  • Identify opportunities to improve learner experience, operational efficiency, and program scalability.

  • Proactively identifies and solves problems to add value beyond the core role.

  • Contributes to ad-hoc projects, as assigned, that support department objectives that provide cross-functional support to achieve company goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR program management, learning operations, or related HR program delivery roles.

  • 3+ years of people management of at least 2 direct reports

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

  • Experience supporting or coordinating corporate learning programs or HR initiatives.

  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and event scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience working with learning technologies or HR systems.

  • Experience facilitating and leading instructor-led classes and workshops in both a virtual and in-person learning environment.

Bonus Points:

  • 4+ years of experience managing logistics and execution of in-person training, workshops, or internal employee events

  • 3-4 years of experience writing and managing internal communications, intranet content, or program marketing.

  • Proficient Experience with Docebo LMS, Skillsoft Percipio, or similar enterprise learning platforms.

  • Experience using AI tools to analyze data and identify trends or insights.

  • Knowledge of learning evaluation models such as ADDIE or Kirkpatrick.
