This position is responsible for developing and executing programs that support career growth, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.Reporting to senior leadership, the Career Development Manager will collaborate with Human Resources, Recruiting, and operational leaders to strengthen internal talent, enhance employee retention, and align development initiatives with business objectives.This role is best suited for an experienced professional who enjoys working in a mid-sized organization where broad responsibility, collaboration, and hands-on execution are valued.
