About the Role:

The Ovative Group Analyst, Marketing Learning & Development is a position that offers the right candidate the opportunity to take on an early stage, leadership role at a fast-growing company that has the highest standards for talent, fun, and client success.The right candidate will be highly analytical, with great critical thinking skills, and motivated by the connection between great learning and business results.

At the Analyst level, the candidate will be supporting learning & development transformations for our broader team, spanning onboarding, marketing subject matter expertise, people & team leadership and measurement. This role spans learning design, project management, L&D operations, and facilitation.

Responsibilities of a Marketing Learning & Development Analyst:

Responsibilities may vary based on projects and priorities.

Learning & Development Subject Matter Expertise: Build and apply L&D expertise in support of marketing and operations projects across Ovative.

Hands-on L&D projects that support the broader Ovative team. Examples may include:

  • New-hire onboarding programming evolution and support

  • Session facilitation and assessment

  • Learning Management System data ingestion strategy and execution

  • Content creation and transformation, including leveraging AI content creation tools

  • Learning & assessment data infrastructure support

  • Org-wide development day programming and execution

Structured problem-solving, analysis & communication:

  • Ability to break large, ambiguous projects into discrete parts with clear timelines

  • Use data and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, LMS dashboards, AI) to evaluate program effectiveness and surface learning insights.

Leadershipdevelopment:

  • Manage work independently withinitialdirection from manager

  • Regularly speak up, askquestionsand express your POV

Digital Marketing & Measurement: Develop a deep understanding of Ovative's marketing and measurement capabilities to design relevant, impactful learning.

  • Regularly connect with media, client, and product teams to identify skill gaps, learning needs, and strategy evolutions, then translate those insights into actionable L&D programming

  • Support and contribute to building scalable learning solutions, including curricula, toolkits, and programs, that serve marketing and operational excellence across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

Pay Transparency:

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.

For this entry-level Analyst position, the base salary is $60,000. In addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary ($6,000).
