About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical Senior Product Manager to drive the roadmap for our internal data platform and tooling. Reporting directly to the Principal Product Manager, you\'ll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Leadership to build scalable infrastructure that powers critical business operations.

This is not a customer-facing product role. You\'ll own internal platforms, data pipelines, and developer tooling that enable engineering and data teams to move faster and make better decisions.

We\'re looking for someone with strong engineering roots who transitioned into Product Management and enjoys solving deeply technical problems.

What You\'ll Do
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal data platform and tooling initiatives.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to prioritize technical investments and platform capabilities.
  • Define product requirements for large-scale data infrastructure, ingestion pipelines, internal tools, and developer platforms.
  • Partner with engineers throughout the product lifecycleโ€”from discovery through implementation and launch.
  • Drive initiatives involving data collection, normalization, modeling, storage, and internal analytics infrastructure.
  • Manage product priorities across multiple technical stakeholders while balancing business and engineering needs.
  • Use data to evaluate product success and continuously improve platform capabilities.
  • Influence cross-functional teams through strong technical communication and product leadership.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent cross-functional product leadership role.
  • Prior hands-on engineering experience is required (Software Engineer, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or highly technical Data Analyst).
  • Proven experience owning highly technical products focused on data platforms, internal tooling, or infrastructure.
  • Experience building products involving large-scale data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, normalization, and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of modern cloud infrastructure and data ecosystems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with Python and AWS.
  • Experience working with one or more big data technologies such as:
    • Spark
    • Databricks
    • BigQuery
    • Snowflake
    • Amazon Redshift
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Data Science teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at a Series B or Series C startup.
  • Startup product ownership with end-to-end responsibility.
  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, Fraud, Identity, Cybersecurity, AI Infrastructure, or other highly technical domains.
  • Experience managing products supporting machine learning, analytics infrastructure, or internal engineering platforms.
  • Founder or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Golang, PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, or related backend technologies.
