Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst serves as the bridge between business needs and technical execution. You will work directly with the Solutions & Project Manager and partner closely with operations, technology teams, customers, vendors, and leadership to support projects from concept through implementation.

The role combines business analysis, project coordination, process improvement, stakeholder management, solution design support, and systems integration work. You will play a key role in helping the company modernize its technology stack, improve operational efficiency, support digital transformation initiatives, and successfully deliver projects that create measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Support the migration away from legacy systems and infrastructure.
  • Help drive integration projects involving customers, vendors, overseas agents, and business partners.
  • Assist with implementing and optimizing platforms such as CargoWise and other business-critical systems.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, testing activities, and go live execution.
  • Facilitate communication between business teams, technology teams, vendors, customers, and leadership.
  • Support solution design, process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, deployment, and production rollout activities.
Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of business system analyst experienceย or similar in supply chain logistics companies.ย 
  • Strong experience supporting software implementations, systems integrations, digital transformation initiatives, or business process improvement projects.
  • Proven experienceย coordinatingย project timelines, milestones, testing activities, and go live execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating testing, managing timelines, and driving projects toward completion.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and the ability to operate independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, improve, and drive change rather than simply maintain existing processes.
