Position: Business Process Analyst (BPA)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK – Hybrid (3–4 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Interview: 1 Round – In-Person

Need local candidate 
Contract: SW1025  

The role is focused on business process analysis, process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, workflow/process mapping, SOP documentation, stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, data analysis, and organizational transformation.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Strong Business Process Analysis and Process Improvement experience
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma / Six Sigma
  • Experience creating current-state/future-state process maps and workflows
  • Strong SOP and process documentation experience
  • Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Exposure to change management, strategic initiatives, or organizational transformation
  • State government, healthcare, public health, finance, or regulated-environment experience is highly preferred
  • MBA/MHA and relevant certifications are a plus
