The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detectionis responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the NY, CT and MA service territory.
