The Team Lead serves as the local market expert and brand champion responsible for driving consumer engagement, brand awareness, and field execution within an assigned territory. This role leads the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, community activations, retail sampling events, and grassroots initiatives while managing a team of Brand Ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong local relationships, and is passionate about creating memorable consumer experiences that drive brand affinity and business results.Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Field Marketing Manager (FMM) to develop and execute weekly priorities, market strategies, and activation plans.
  • Serve as the face of the brand within the local market, cultivating relationships with key community partners, influencers, retailers, and event organizers.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement through local events, partnerships, and grassroots marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute high-impact sampling events, experiential activations, product seedings, and promotional programs that align with brand objectives.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors to ensure exceptional execution and brand representation.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, including planning, permitting (when applicable), setup, execution, breakdown, and post-event reporting.
  • Coordinate product inventory, receive and track deliveries, and maintain organized storage and inventory controls.
  • Transport products, materials, and event assets to activations, retail visits, and sales support initiatives.
  • Create engaging and memorable consumer interactions that increase brand awareness, trial, and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, event recaps, inventory tracking, and market insights through designated CRM and reporting platforms.
  • Monitor local market trends, competitive activity, and consumer feedback, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and brand expectations.
Qualifications
  • Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned market and possess strong knowledge of the local community, consumer landscape, and event opportunities.
  • 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, field marketing, event marketing, consumer engagement, community marketing, or related fields.
  • Prior experience promoting beverage, CPG, lifestyle, or consumer brands strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing events, or coordinating promotional programs preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage consumers, clients, retailers, and community partners.
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on event and business needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM, reporting, and event management tools.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to transport event materials and products as needed.
  • Access to a smartphone and computer for communication, reporting, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Base Salary: $58,000 - $61,000 annually
  • Bonus Potential: 10% annually
  • Auto Allowance: $125 semi-monthly ($250 per month)
  • Communication Allowance: $75 semi-monthly ($150 per month)
  • Wellness Reimbursement: $50 per month
